We currently ship to eligible addresses within the United States through our U.S. logistics and fulfillment partners.
Orders under $200 USD are charged a flat shipping fee of $15 USD. Orders of $200 USD or more qualify for free standard shipping.
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. After shipment, estimated transit time is 3–7 business days. The estimated total delivery time is approximately 4–10 business days.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Tracking information will be sent by email after the order ships. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or incorrect delivery information.

We accept returns for eligible defective and non-defective products within 30 days after delivery.
Returned products must be new, unused, in their original condition, and include the original packaging, accessories, and materials.
Returns are accepted by mail only and require prior authorization. For standard non-defective returns, customers are responsible for the return label and return shipping cost. Naduohome will cover reasonable return shipping costs for approved defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
We do not charge a restocking fee. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and are normally processed within 10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
We do not offer direct exchanges. To request a return, contact service@naduohome.shop before mailing the product. Do not send returns to an address shown on the website unless our customer support team confirms the authorized return address in writing.
