We currently ship to eligible delivery addresses within the United States.
Orders shipped to customers in the United States are processed through third-party logistics, fulfillment, and shipping service providers located in the United States.
Orders under $200 USD are charged a flat shipping fee of $15 USD. Orders of $200 USD or more qualify for free standard shipping.
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday. Our daily order cut-off time is 2:00 PM Pacific Time (PT).
After processing, estimated transit time is 3–7 business days, Monday through Friday. The estimated total delivery time is approximately 4–10 business days.
Tracking information will be sent by email when available after the order has shipped. Delivery estimates may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect delivery information, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns for eligible defective and non-defective products within 30 days from the date of delivery.
For standard non-defective returns, products must be new, unused, in their original condition, and include the original packaging and included accessories or materials.
Returns are accepted by mail only and require prior authorization.
For standard non-defective returns, customers are responsible for arranging the return shipment, purchasing the return shipping label, and paying the return shipping cost.
For approved returns involving defective, damaged, or incorrect products, Naduohome will reimburse reasonable approved return shipping costs.
We do not charge a restocking fee.
After an approved returned product has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 days.
We do not offer direct exchanges.
